Buka Puasa Buffet

Malaysia’s Food Ambassador, Celebrity Chef Wan, presents ‘Best of Asia Cuisine’, spanning recipes from Terengganu to Johor in peninsular Malaysia, from the korma of Kashmir to the bubur manado of Sulawesi.
The flavours of Malaysia’s diverse states will shine throughout this buffet – expect to be intrigued by Kerabu Nangka Nenas Sarawak, Rojak Betik Terengganu, Rendang Daging Selangor, Bubur Lambuk Pahang, Udang Galah Rendang Perak, Nasi Telor Terengganu, Laksa Johor, and much more to represent our national culinary treasures.
With kampung and kerabu corners, sambal and salad stalls, barbecue carving stations, a warong satay and sections for santapan panas and aneka gulai, the buffet will sizzle with lip-smacking excitement. Save space for desserts, with everything from Pengat Pisang to Pulut Hitam, Kuih Tart Nenas to Kuih Tiram to sweeten this season.
